Isadora Detres is an IT and Business consultant who has led global implementations with a proven track record for building teams and delivering the scope of services on-time.

Isadora Detres began her career in 2000 at an ISO2001 compliant facility with international semiconductor provider Gemalto serving in the telecommunications industry. While there she earned her M.B.A with a concentration in Information Technology Management. Upon receiving her M.B.A. in 2003, she was hired to be a professor at Allentown Business College teaching both Business and Public Speaking courses. Later she accepted the role as Operations Manager with Keller Williams Real Estate. She led several technology initiatives including network upgrades at multiple locations, interfacing with website designers on a redesign and assisting search engine optimization specialists for improved marketing communications of the Keller Williams brand.

Isadora continued her education by earning a Project Management Certificate from the PMI in 2005 and has since been hired as an IT and PMO Business Specialist for multiple Fortune 500 companies with multi million-dollar initiatives. She has been a trusted professional for organizations including Independence Blue Cross, Aramark, United Health Care, Prudential Financial, Merck, Pfizer, Comcast, Gilead Pharmaceutical, and United Bank of Switzerland.

Her latest work included advising on an IT PMO framework and leading discussion with SailPoint, Microsoft, Salesforce, Okta, and NetIQ during RFP, RFQ, and MSA discussions for a future state Identity Access Management and Network Access Management Multi-factor authentication in anticipation for leveraging Windows 10 bio-metric capabilities.

Isadora Detres is a lifelong learner and has most recently taken Technology and Operations Management coursework through Harvard University. She is an active member with the Project Management Institute and is a participant in the Network of Executive Women, Inc. She is the Founder and CEO of Nodes Operating Above Hemispheres (NOAH) a non-profit aimed at leveraging IT to protect the environment and solve local or global environmental issues.
