Founder and Principal


Isadora Detres began her career in 2000 at an ISO2001 compliant facility with international semiconductor provider Gemalto as an Account Liaison to the telecommunications industry. While at Gemalto Isadora started earning her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology Management. Upon receiving her M.B.A. in 2003, she was hired to be a professor at Allentown Business College to instruct students in Business courses as well as teaching Public Speaking before she was offered the role as Operations Manager by a respected Real Estate entrepreneur and a successful Keller Williams Franchise owner. She led several technology initiatives while serving as Operations Manager and was responsible for leading network upgrades, interfacing with website designers and assisting search engine optimization specialists for improved marketing communications of the Keller Williams brand.

Isadora continued her education by earning a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute in 2005 and has since been hired as an IT and PMO Business Specialist for multiple Fortune 500 companies with multi million-dollar initiatives. She has been a trusted professional for organizations including Independence Blue Cross (IBC), Aramark, United Health Care (UHC), Prudential Financial, Merck, Pfizer, Comcast, Gilead Pharmaceutical, and United Bank of Switzerland (UBS).

Her latest work included advising on an IT PMO framework and leading discussion with SailPoint, Microsoft, Salesforce, Okta, and NetIQ during RFP, RFQ, and MSA discussions for a future state Identity Access Management (IAM, IDM, IGA) and Network Access Management (NAM) Multi-factor authentication (MFA) in anticipation for leveraging Windows 10 bio-metric capabilities.


Isadora Detres is a lifelong learner and has most recently taken Technology and Operations Management coursework through Harvard University. She is an active member with the Project Management Institute and is a participant in the Network of Executive Women, Inc.
